- Assist in preparing regular sales reports, forecasts, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Monitor key sales metrics and identify data discrepancies, supporting corrective actions when needed.
- 2. SAP Order Handling & Sales Operations Support
- Support end-to-end sales order processing activities in SAP, including order creation, updates, and status tracking.
- Monitor order progress and coordinate with Sales, Commercial, Logistics, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain records for sales orders and support monthly closing activities related to order management.
- 3. Process Improvement & Administrative Support
- Assist in streamlining sales operations processes through data analysis and process documentation.
- Support ad-hoc projects related to sales excellence, business performance tracking, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data visibility and reporting accuracy.
