• ·Native or fluent English speaker
• ·Excellent time management; able to handle multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines
• ·Meticulous and detail-oriented: confirms they have fully understood an assignment, double-checks the steps needed to complete it, and executes each one with precision
• ·Strong design sensibility; a good eye for visual aesthetics, layout, and what looks polished vs. what doesn't
• ·Proficient in one or more of the following tools: Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, Figma
• ·Actively follows SNS trends, particularly those popular among a Gen Z audience
• ·Genuine interest in webtoons, comics, novels, anime, or related fandom culture

우대 사항

• ·Intermediate or higher Korean proficiency
• ·Video editing experience (short-form content for Reels, Shorts, etc.)
• ·Active in a fandom community yourself
• ·Experience managing or contributing to social media accounts
• ·Familiarity with Western social media trends and culture
