하는 일

• ·본 직무는 해외 및 국내 고객의 항공·해상 화물 수출입 물류 전 과정을 관리·지원하는 코디네이터 역할을 담당합니다. 고객 및 대리점의 주문·예약을 접수하고 관련 서류를 처리하며, 화물의 진행 상황을 추적·관리하여 실시간으로 고객에게 안내하는 것이 주요 업무입니다. 또한, 회계 처리(A/P, A/R), 손익 관리, 문제 발생 시 보고 및 해결 방안을 모색하는 역할을 수행하게 됩니다.
• ·Receive and reserve customer/agent orders and bookings
• ·Data Entry, Document processing, and shipment handling
• ·Tracking, tracing and updating status of shipments as Daily Procedures
• ·Provide customer care services with on-time and real time tracking updates
• ·Customer satisfaction by understanding the operational procedures and to ensure customer requirements are met.
• ·Profits and Losses checked and reported, ensure all A/P and A/R are managed
• ·Identify, report, consult and find resolutions for any issues
• ·Monitor all cargo and provide reports to direct manager
• ·Requirments:
• ·Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• ·Bilingual, fluent in English and Korean highly preferred
• ·Strong verbal and written communication skills
• ·Intermediate to advanced knowledge in working with MS Office programs
